LOS ANGELES-A California Court of Appeal affirmed a lower court's decision refusing to set aside judgment in a asbestos-related wrongful death case that was barred by the one-year statute of limitations, finding that plaintiffs' counsel's delay in filing his motion in opposition of judgment was inexcusable.
