Superior Court Orders CCR to Pay $1 Million in Settlement Shortages

SAN FRANCISCO-A California trial court judge has ordered the Center for Claims Resolution (CCR) to pay more than $1 million in past due settlements after it submitted payments for amounts less than what was originally agreed to in the settlements of several asbestos-related injury claims.
