U.S. District Court Orders Special Master in Special Compensation Fund Case

MINNEAPOLIS- A U.S. District Court judge said Jan. 5 he would appoint a special master in a case where Conwed Corp. asserted its workers' compensation subrogation interest in the tort claims of several of its former employees against Union Carbide Corp. Conwed Corporation v. Union Carbide Corporation Civil No. 5-92-88 (D. Minn.)

Senior Judge Donald D.
