WARREN, Ohio - A steel worker who was never specifically treated for his employer-diagnosed asbestosis may participate in the state's workers' compensation fund in the event he one day becomes disabled as a result of his condition, a state appellate court has held. Schuller v. Conrad, Administrator, Bureau of Workers' Compensation, No. 2002-T-0087 (Ohio Ct. App., Eleventh District).
