Georgia’s First Talcum Powder Ovarian Cancer Trial Ends in Hung Jury

ATLANTA –– Georgia’s first talcum powder ovarian cancer trial has ended in a mistrial, sources confirmed to HarrisMartin Publishing.
The Georgia State Court for Fulton County jury informed the court that it was unable to reach a verdict moments ago after a three-week trial and three days of deliberations. Hon. Jane Morrison presided over the trial.
Opening statements in the trial began on Sept. 12, three days after jury selection commenced.
