HarrisMartin Interview with Michael Baroody, Chairman of the Asbestos Alliance of the National Association of Manufacturers

photo-3 Michael E. Baroody is the Executive Vice President of the National Association of Manufacturers and serves as Chairman of the organization's Asbestos Alliance. Formed in 2001 by several asbestos defendants, the Alliance has sought congressional legislation to help solve what the coalition calls America's asbestos litigation crisis. Baroody recently testified before the Senate Budget Committee regarding the need for comprehensive asbestos legislation, and has been an active voice among proponents of asbestos litigation reform.

HarrisMartin Publishing spoke with Baroody recently about the events that could help shape the prospects for asbestos litigation reform in the 108th Congress.
