GRETNA, La. - Employees at a Louisiana shipyard who are seeking medical monitoring stemming from their alleged exposure to asbestos have been given the green light to proceed with their case against their employer's executive officers. Bourgeois, et al. v. A.P. Green Industries, et al., No. 2002-CA-713 (La. Ct. App., Fifth Cir.).
