Products, Premises Claims 'Related' for Purposes of Insurance Coverage Dispute, Court Holds




CORPUS CHRISTI, Texas - A Texas appeals court has affirmed a trial judge's decision to enter an anti-suit injunction against London insurers who filed a New York lawsuit to determine their obligations under contracts with an insured named in several asbestos-related products liability and premises claims. London Market Insurers v. American Home Assurance Company, et al., No. 13-02-231 (Texas App. Ct., 13th Dist.).
