CANTON, Ohio - Multiple claimants cannot file a workers' compensation appeal under the same case number, an Ohio appeals court has ruled in its decision affirming dismissal of three asbestosis claims filed against the Ford Motor Co. Hazuka v. The Ford Motor Co., No. 2002CA00210 (Ohio App. Ct., Fifth Dist.).
