BILOXI, Miss. - A federal judge in Mississippi has remanded the claims of several plaintiffs allegedly injured by exposure to asbestos in the state, but has allowed for the removal of allegations filed on behalf of an Alabama resident that the defendants claimed had no ties to the state. Evers, et al. v. ACandS, et al., No. 02-708 (S.D. Miss.).
