WILLIAMSTON, N.C. - A state court judge in North Carolina has refused to throw out a lawsuit filed on behalf of five women who claim they suffer from asbestos related injuries as a result of exposure to dust carried home on their husband's work clothes. McCandless v. Weyerhaeuser Co., No. 2002-CVS-338 (N.C. Super. Ct., Martin Cty.).
