Rehearing Petition Denied in Calif. Duty-to-Warn Dispute




SAN FRANCISCO -- A California appellate court has denied plaintiff request to rehear a duty-to-warn dispute, keeping in place its February opinion in which the court ruled that defendants do not have an obligation to warn a plaintiff of defects in products supplied by others and used in conjunction with its own products. Taylor, et al. v. Crane Co., et al., No. A117648 (Calif. Ct. App., 1st Dist., Div. 5).

The California First District Court of Appeal denied Vickie Taylor's petition for rehearing on March 27.
