Court Grants Summary Judgment to Chrysotile Fiber Supplier

WILMINGTON, Del. - A company that claimed it was unaware of dangers associated with the chrysotile fiber it was supplying vendors has been granted summary judgment in a consolidated asbestos case scheduled for trial this month in Delaware.
