W.Va. Court Grants Motion for Protective Order in Part; Limits Scope of Testimony from Asbestos Defendant

CHARLESTON, W.Va. –– A West Virginia court has in part limited the deposition testimony of a corporate designee of asbestos defendant Ohio Power Co., narrowing its scope to the time of alleged exposure.

On Feb. 5, the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of West Virginia explained that the plaintiff will be limited in large part to information relevant to the time period between 1930 to 1954.
