LOS ANGELES –– A California federal court has awarded summary judgment to asbestos defendant Eaton Corp. after determining that the plaintiff, a former mechanic, had failed to establish exposure to the defendant’s products.
In the Jan. 2 judgment, the U.S. District Court for the Central District of California granted summary judgment to Eaton on the plaintiff’s negligence, strict products liability and breach of warranty claims.
