MDL Court Issues Scheduling Order for Cascino Vaughan Litigation, Releases Number of MARDOC Cases

PHILADELPHIA –– The court overseeing the national Asbestos Products Liability Multidistrict Litigation has issued orders relating to a group of cases out of Wisconsin, Illinois and Indiana, as well as a report on the number of MARDOC cases currently pending.

In a renewed scheduling order issued in September, the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania ordered the plaintiffs represented by the Cascino Vaughan Law Offices to respond to court-ordered discovery requests by Oct. 1.
