Calif. Jury Reaches Defense Verdict for Subcontractor of Construction Project; Asbestos Plaintiffs Appeal




LOS ANGELES –– A California jury has reached a defense verdict in favor of a subcontractor who was involved with a construction job 20 years before the plaintiff was allegedly exposed during a remodeling project, sources told HarrisMartin.

The California Superior Court for Los Angeles County jury reached the verdict on Oct. 8. Judge Joseph DiLoreto presided over the trial, which ended in a defense verdict for the lone remaining defendant, E.F. Brady Company Inc.
