Senate Judiciary Brings Asbestos Litigation to the Table

photo-2WASHINGTON, D.C. - Some of the biggest names in Washington and in asbestos litigation were recently called to testify before a Senate Judiciary committee, an indication that Congress may be inching closer to the introduction of a comprehensive plan to administrate the decades-old mass tort.
