PHILADELPHIA — The federal asbestos MDL judge has denied a motion to remand a suit filed by a woman and her father who claim they were exposed to asbestos from boilers and turbines that were used on ships built by Northrop Grumman Shipbuilding. Vedros v. Northrop Grumman Shipbuilding Inc., et al., No. 11-67281 (E.D. Pa.).
