PHILADELPHIA - A state trial court judge in Pennsylvania has affirmed a decision to dismiss a Texas woman's mesothelioma lawsuit, determining that the state where the plaintiff resides and was exposed to asbestos presents a more convenient forum for adjudication of her claims. Gibson v. Allen Bradley Co., et al., No. 2011-2291 (Pa. Comm. Pls, Philadelphia Cty.).
