PHILADELPHIA -- A Philadelphia jury has reached a defense verdict in favor of Crane Co., finding at the conclusion of a consolidated trial that the valve manufacturer was not liable for the development of mesothelioma in either plaintiff. Amsler v. Fisher Scientific Co., et al., No. 3050; Miller v. Garlock Sealing Technologies., No. 3262 (Pa. Ct. Comm. Pls., 1st Jud. Dept.).
