TRENTON, N.J. - A New Jersey appeals court has ruled that a trial court erred when it refused to dismiss asbestos-related claims against a premises defendant that was fictitiously named in a timely original complaint, but not specifically identified until an amended suit was filed several years later. Andreoli v. State Insulation Corp., et al., No. A-2636-10TA (N.J. Sup., App. Div.).
