SEATTLE -- A Washington appellate court has reversed an award of summary judgment to several asbestos defendants, finding that trial court's reliance on recent component parts liability case law was misplaced since the plaintiff alleged exposure to the defendant's original products and not the replacement parts. Morgan, et al. v. Aurora Pump Co., et al., No. 63923-4-I (Wash. Ct. App., Div. 1).
