JERSEY CITY, N.J. -- A plaintiff whose claims were rejected by a New Jersey jury has filed a motion for judgment notwithstanding the verdict or a new trial, in part citing an email sent to plaintiff's counsel after the verdict, in which a juror states that he changed his vote in an effort to end deliberations. Olson, et al. v. Port Authority Trans-Hudson Corp., No. HUD-L-1577-07 (N.J. Super. Ct., Hudson Cty.).
