Amici Urge N.Y. Court to Adopt Chain of Distribution Liability Theory

ROCHESTER, N.Y. -- An amici group has filed a brief in a New York appellate court, urging the court to reverse a $5 million asbestos verdict, claiming that a defendant cannot be held liable for asbestos-containing products later incorporated into its own product.
