Court Affirms Verdict, Says Awards Were 'Relatively Modest,' Not Excessive

TRENTON, N.J. -- A New Jersey appeals court affirmed a jury's award of nearly $850,000 entered in an asbestos-containing dryer felt case, concluding that the verdict was not excessive or against the weight of the evidence.
