Calif. High Court Won't Hear Duty-to-Warn Dispute




SAN FRANCISCO -- The California Supreme Court has rejected the chance to address a duty-to-warn dispute, letting an appellate opinion stand in which the intermediate court ruled that defendants do not have an obligation to warn a plaintiff of defects in products supplied by others and used in conjunction with its own products. Taylor, et al. v. Crane Co., et al., No. S171931 (Calif. Sup. Ct.).
