LOS ANGELES -- After several rounds of briefing and two "lengthy" hearings, the Los Angeles County Superior Court has amended several general orders governing the asbestos docket, including one that now places a cap on the length of time a plaintiff with trial preference can be deposed. In re: Los Angeles Asbestos Litigation, No. C 700000 (Calif. Super. Ct., Los Angeles Cty.).
