PHILADELPHIA - A state appeals court has refused to allow John Crane, Inc., to file a late appeal of a plaintiff's asbestos verdict after the defendant claimed that it never received notice the judgment was ever made final. Crook v. Crane, Inc., No. 722 EDA 2003 (Pa. Super. Ct.).
