Robert has dedicated his entire career to being a trial lawyer and litigating products liability cases, with a particular focus on catastrophic injuries caused by products and mass tort drug and medical device cases. He is currently KBA’s lead lawyer for the firm’s extensive hernia mesh docket and litigates an array of other complex matters.

Chad Ihrig is a trial attorney who has spent more than 15 years representing clients throughout the country in a wide variety of matters, including mass torts involving defective medical devices and pharmaceutical drugs, catastrophic accidents, insurance bad faith, business litigation, trade secret, fraud, and general civil litigation.

Jonathan works within the Personal Injury practice group and focuses his efforts on medical device and pharmaceutical litigation. His work includes product liability and mass torts. Jonathan represents people throughout the nation who have been injured due to a product being either defectively manufactured, defectively designed or when there is an inadequate warning about the risks associated with the product. One example of this type of litigation is a case involving clients who developed chondrolysis in their shoulder following the use of a pain pump that administered medication to the site.

Troy Brenes is a trial attorney who focuses his practice on catastrophic personal injury cases and complex pharmaceutical and medical device litigation. In recent years, Mr. Brenes has represented and obtained recoveries on behalf of hundreds of patients that have been injured by defective medical devices, including hernia mesh devices, defibrillator lead wires, hip replacement systems, and inferior vena cava filters.

Jonathan Orent litigates for people alleging harm by defective medical devices and pharmaceutical drugs, including all aspects of discovery and expert development. He represents women suffering from painful side effects associated with pelvic mesh/sling products, hernia patients harmed by mesh repairs, as well as military service members suffering from hearing loss due to allegedly defective earplugs.

A firm believer in professional education and outreach, Brian speaks at conferences on topics related to civil litigation and evidence. His writing, published in several legal publications, also includes handbooks that are widely used by other attorneys. Brian is an active member of numerous professional organizations and a member of Missouri Trial Lawyers Care, an organization dedicated to improving the quality of life in areas where members of the Missouri Association of Trial Lawyers reside.

Kelsey L. Stokes joined the firm of Fleming | Nolen | Jez, L.L.P. in 2010. She practices primarily in the areas of mass tort litigation, products liability, and complex commercial litigation, including appellate practice.

Geoffrey Schosheim is a plaintiff’s trial lawyer with a wealth of experience litigating medical malpractice, complex personal injury and product liability cases. Mr. Schosheim began his legal career in South Florida, leading the medical malpractice division of a nationally recognized plaintiffs’ personal injury firm. In 2013, Mr. Schosheim was recognized as one of the Top 40 Under 40 by the National Trial Lawyers organization and was elected into the Daily Business Review’s Florida Verdicts Hall of Fame. He joined Physicians Medical Review in 2014 as Vice President of Operations and Business Development, specifically focusing on the development of PMR’s mass tort consulting division, which involved consulting for mass tort cases including: Medical Device Litigation and Pharmaceutical Litigation. He currently serves as PMR’s President and oversees the company’s operations.
