Born July 17, 1967, in Corpus Christi, Texas, Mikal C. Watts earned his undergraduate degree from the University of Texas in 1987, receiving a Bachelor of Arts with high honors after just two years of study. He graduated with honors from the University of Texas School of Law in 1989 at the age of twenty-one.

Kiley Grombacher is a founder partner of Bradley/Grombacher, LLP. Since passage of the bar more than a decade ago, Ms. Grombacher, has specialized her practice in complex litigation including consumer and employment class actions, product liability, and pharmaceutical mass torts. Throughout her career, with her respective firms, Ms. Grombacher she has been instrumental in recovering more than $500 million dollars as well as significant injunctive relief for her injured clients.

Mr. Parafinczuk is a Board Certified Civil Trial Attorney, barely 1% of lawyers in the State of Florida hold that title. He has extensive jury trial experience and several verdicts in excess of $1 million. As a trial lawyer, he has tried almost every type of civil case. Most of his trial practice is currently devoted to Engle Tobacco cases and other serious injury and wrongful death cases.
