To reserve a room at the HarrisMartin discounted rate of $245 per night for a single or double on September 20, 2021, please call the hotel and identify yourself as an attendee to this HarrisMartin conference. To guarantee availability and the special rate, reservations must be made by August 31, 2021. After that date, our reserved room block is released for general sale and rates and availability cannot be guaranteed.
Registration fee of $895 ($795 before August 21, 2021) includes admission to all sessions, breakfast, Tuesday luncheon, refreshments and all course materials. Cancellation Policy
Registrants who provide notice of cancellation before 5 p.m. EST on Monday, August 21, 2021 (one month prior to conference) will receive a full refund. Those canceling after 5 p.m. EST on Monday, August 21, 2021, and up to 5 p.m. EST on Tuesday, September 14, 2021 (one week prior to the conference) will receive a credit, minus a $100 administration fee, toward a future HarrisMartin Publishing conference or publication.
Cancellations received after 5 p.m. EST on Tuesday, September 14, 2021 (one week prior to the conference) are subject to a 50 percent administrative fee. The balance may be applied as a credit toward a future conference or publication subscription. Registrants who cancel after 9 a.m. on Monday, September 21, 2021 (24 hours before the conference) and registrants who have paid for the conference but do not attend without giving prior notice of cancellation forfeit a refund or credit. All credits must be used within 12 months of the date they are issued. Note: Substitutions may be made at any time.
If this event is cancelled by HarrisMartin for COVID-19-related reasons, it will be rescheduled at a future date and your registration will be moved to the new date. If you cannot attend on the rescheduled date, you will receive a credit to be used toward a future HarrisMartin event and/or publication subscription. No refunds will be issued in the event of a COVID-19-related cancellation.
