Federal Appeals Court Affirms Defense Verdict in HRT Case

ST. LOUIS - A federal appeals court on Jan. 31 upheld a jury's finding in favor of Wyeth Inc. after a woman who developed breast cancer after taking Premarin and Prempro for 10 years sued the company for failing to warn of dangers associated with the HRT drugs.
