NEW BRUNSWICK, N.J. - A trial court judge has ruled that a woman who developed breast cancer after ingesting a hormone replacement therapy product could not have had sufficient information to sue the product's manufacturer until a study linking HRT and cancer was made public. Briest v. Wyeth Inc., et al., No. MID-L-1045-06 (N.J. Super. Ct., Middlesex Cty.).
