SAN FRANCISCO - Pfizer Inc. has moved to dismiss federal plaintiffs' amended Bextra and Celebrex complaints, arguing that the plaintiffs fail to allege legally tenable claims and repeat certain allegations that were previously found by the court to be preempted. In Re: Bextra and Celebrex Marketing, Sales Practices and Product Liability Litigation, MDL No. 1699 (N.D. Calif.).
