Ohio Couple Says Risperdal Caused Husband's Diabetes, Heart Disease

COLUMBUS, Ohio - An Ohio couple recently sued Johnson & Johnson and Janssen Pharmaceutica, claiming its Risperdal antipsychotic caused the husband to develop diabetes, heart disease and a neurological disorder. Reynolds, et al. v. Johnson & Johnson Co., et al. No. 2L05-cv-01113 (S.D. Ohio).

Samuel and Shelley Reynolds sued J&J, Janssen and Six County Inc. in the Muskingum County (Ohio) Court of Common Pleas. Their case was removed to the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Ohio on Dec. 12.
