LOS ANGELES - A California judge on Oct. 25 denied a motion by Dr. Phil and CSA Nutraceuticals for judgment on the pleadings on the issue of class certification, saying differences in state law are not fatal to certification. Joanne Levine, et al. v. Dr. Philip C. McGraw, et al. No. BC312830 (Calif. Sup. Ct., Los Angeles Cty.).
