Judge Declines to Rule Out Class Certification in Dr. Phil Diet Supplement Lawsuit

LOS ANGELES - A California judge on Oct. 25 denied a motion by Dr. Phil and CSA Nutraceuticals for judgment on the pleadings on the issue of class certification, saying differences in state law are not fatal to certification.
