LITTLE ROCK, Ark. — An Arkansas man has sued Consensus Orthopedics Inc., alleging the knee replacement system he received was defectively designed and manufactured, accompanied by inadequate warnings, and unreasonably dangerous, causing him to sustain various injuries.

In a complaint filed in the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Arkansas, the plaintiff accuses Consensus of breaching its duty of care to the general public by marketing and selling the device in a defective and unreasonably safe condition.
