PHILADELPHIA — A Pennsylvania federal judge has refused to dismiss claims against two Takeda defendants in an Actos bladder cancer case, ruling that the companies consented to general jurisdiction by registering to do business in Pennsylvania and maintaining a registered agent in Philadelphia.
