Ga. Federal Court Schedules Nov. 9 Trial for Wright Conserve Hip Implant Claims

ATLANTA –– The federal court overseeing the Wright Conserve Hip Implant coordinated docket has scheduled a trial for Nov. 9, according to a recent order.

In the Sept. 21 order, the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Georgia instructed the parties to file in limine motions by Oct. 2 and set the pretrial conference for Nov. 2.
