NEW ORLEANS-Bristol-Myers Squibb Co., the manufacturer of Serzone, allegedly marketed and sold a defective product and failed to adequately warn consumers and physicians of the antidepressant's ability to cause liver failure and liver necrosis, a Louisiana woman claims.
