ST. LOUIS — A federal appeals court has vacated a district court’s decision to remand to state court three pelvic mesh injury cases against Boston Scientific Corp. (NYSE: BSX), finding the plaintiffs urged the state court to assign the claims of more than 100 plaintiffs to a single judge.

On Nov. 18, the 8th Circuit U.S. Court of Appeals concluded that the three groups of plaintiffs have already proposed to try their cases jointly within the meaning of the Class Action Fairness Act.
