LAS VEGAS - The Nevada Supreme Court has upheld a reduced $58 million verdict issued against Wyeth Pharmaceuticals in a suit involving its hormone replacement drugs Prempro and Premarin, ruling that the evidence supports the compensatory and punitive damages awarded. Rowatt, et al.[McCreary] v. Wyeth Pharmaceuticals, et al., No. CV04-01699 (Nev. Dist. Ct., Washoe Cty. ).
