LAKE CHARLES, La. - A federal judge has adopted a magistrate judge's recommendation that Pfizer Inc.'s motion to dismiss a Chantix injury action be denied because the petition contains the requisite factual allegations to state a claim under the Louisiana Products Liability Act. Brennon v. Pfizer Inc., No. 09-1093 (W.D. La.).
