ALBUQUERQUE, N.M. - In a suit alleging that Prozac caused a man to kill his wife and himself, a New Mexico federal judge has excluded the testimony of plaintiff's causation expert, ruling that her methodology does not meet Daubert requirements. Gilbert v. Eli Lilly and Co., No. 06-0874 (D. N.M.).
