Plaintiffs with Claims Pending in 3M Combat Arms Earplug MDL Docket Seek Consolidation for Trial

PENSACOLA, Fla. –– Five plaintiffs with claims pending in the national multidistrict litigation docket for 3M Combat Arms Earplugs have asked the court to consolidate their claims for trial, contending that “the benefits of consolidation outweigh potential complications….”

The parties moved for consolidation of bellwether Group A for trial in a Dec. 7 brief filed in the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Florida. The motion was filed by Lloyd Baker, Luke Estes, Stephen Hacker, Lewis Keefer, and Dustin McCombs.
