Garrard, Migliori Tapped to Lead Physiomesh MDL Plaintiffs’ Counsel

ATLANTA — Judge Richard W. Story has issued an order setting in place the counsel organizational structure of the multidistrict litigation docket that now serves as the epicenter for all federal lawsuits over injuries allegedly caused by Ethicon’s hernia mesh product, Physiomesh.

In signing the Aug. 16 order, Judge Story of the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Georgia appointed Henry G. Garrard III of Blasingame, Burch, Garrard & Ashley in Athens, Ga., and Donald A. Migliori of Motley Rice in Mt. Pleasant, S.C., plaintiffs’ co-lead counsel for the Atlanta-based MDL docket.
