Talcum Powder MDL Parties Look Forward to Rule 702 Hearing in Wake of Red River Dismissal

TRENTON, N.J. –– The parties involved in the Talcum Powder Multidistrict litigation docket have sent a letter to the court outlining the pending matters in the case, asking the court to first resolve a number of motions relating to exclusion of expert opinion.

The parties submitted the joint update to the U.S. District Court for the District of New Jersey on April 8.
