Calif. Court Asks Defendants to File Jurisdiction-Related Motions, Plans in Coordinated Talc Docket

LOS ANGELES –– The California court overseeing the state’s coordinated docket for talcum powder ovarian cancer claims has issued an order asking the defendants to file a motion to quash as to the non-California plaintiffs on personal jurisdictional grounds before ruling on a prior request from the plaintiffs to rule on jurisdictional discovery.
