TRENTON, N.J. –– Plaintiffs involved in the federal multidistrict litigation docket for talcum powder claims have objected to a proposed case management order relating to discovery and depositions, maintaining that the proposal is “simply inconsistent with the sound and efficient management of an MDL case of this complexity.”
